INC Navigation Company Philippines Inc. commenced business operations in 1979 as an independent crew management company providing Interorient Shipmanagement and other business partners with crewing services.

Over the years the company has grown and has today developed into one of the major manning agencies in the Philippines providing experienced seafarers to the fleet of vessels managed by Interorient Shipmanagement.

Crew selection is performed strictly in compliance with statutory (i.e STCW, MLC, ISPS) and clients' requirements. The company operates ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified by Lloyd's Register, observing the requirements of MLC 2006.

The office provides seafarers for various types of vessels such as container vessels, tankers, bulkers and general cargo vessels with more than 1,000 seafarers presently employed onboard.

Through their active participation in industrial associations like FAME & PAMAS-INTERMAP, INC contributes to the development and shaping of the Philippine manning industry.
