Interorient Shipmanagement rebranding and new website

We are proud to announce that we are making some changes on our brand name. Here at Interorient we have always believed in outstanding customer service, strong family values and a strong commitment to environmental protection.

We pride ourselves on being very passionate about how we manage the vessels that we have been entrusted with and so last year we took the decision to set about revitalising the way we approach and communicate with all our clients and counterparts. We then turned our attention to what we as a company look like, how we want to be perceived and where we wanted to go as a company. Taking all this into consideration, we have developed our brand new logo.


This is not a new philosophy: as a family business, our relationships have been important to us from the very beginning and will always continue to be so.

In keeping things simple we will not be changing our ‘legal’ name, but only our brand. Our company name will still be Interorient Marine Services and our bank details will remain the same. This change will not affect the service you receive and there will be no contractual changes i.e. the existing shipman and crewman contracts will remain as they are. The only change you will notice is that from today our communication with you will be branded under Interorient Shipmanagement.

In this fast-paced technological world we live in, time and information are very important. Using the available social media services will allow us to more easily and quickly provide you with news about Interorient Shipmanagement and provide important updates and changes taking place within the maritime industry.

The site’s homepage welcomes visitors with a clean uncluttered design, a small intro video and moving images with featured content focused on providing our clients with complete and accurate information and to share our knowledge and expertise in the field of ship management.

Our goal with this new website is to provide our visitors with an easier way to learn about Interorient Shipmanagement’s services and in general who we are and what we do.
The new website is divided into 7 main sections: COMPANY, SERVICES, OFFICES, MARINE TRAINING, NEWS, CAREERS and CONTACT US. Our current and prospective clients will find useful information about our services on the homepage of our website. By moving to a more client-centric layout, we allow visitors to access information based on their own choice rather than having to surf through everything to decide what is of interest to them.

Amongst the new features the site contains integrated social media buttons for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube to encourage and develop improved communication with clients. We will be constantly updating our content with helpful information, articles, newsletters, company announcements and client success stories in the News section. We will be encouraging our clients to contact us through the website and read our electronic newsletter, the summer 2015 issue of which has been released on our new website.
